The crossover Opel Croslland is one of the most popular models of the German brand in Europe. The company from Rüsselsheim decided to refresh it by replacing the existing 1.6-liter diesel engine with a new 1.5-liter. A new gearbox is now available for the model. The new 1.5-liter turbo engine develops 118 hp. and 300 Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The engine has a start / stop system developed by the French concern PSA Group.
The combination of a new engine and automatic gearbox results in a fuel consumption of up to 4.0 l / 100 km, the German manufacturer said. The CO2 emissions of the 1.5-liter engine are 105 g / 100 km, indicating that the unit meets the latest environmental performance and meets the Euro 6d-TEMP standard.
The Opel Crossland version with the new turbo diesel will also come with a leather trim, which is an option for the model. It is included in the levels of Design Line, Innovation and Ultimate equipment where the customer can also order special ergonomic seats.
Crossover prices with the new engine in Germany start at 24,000 EUR and the car is now available to Opel dealers.
