The tests of Porsche Cayenne Coupe continue all over the world. Soon after the prototype was spotted in Stuttgart, Germany, it was caught in winter tests in Sweden.
As the name suggests, the main difference between it and the regular Cayenne will be the coupe-like roof. In addition, Porsche moves the registration number to the center of the bumper. It’s clear from the pictures that there will be changes in the rear headlight of the car.
Porsche Cayenne Coupe 2020 looks like the more powerful Turbo variant, as evidenced by the quad-generation, large ceramic disks, and yellow devices. We also notice a small spoiler that extends from the roof over the rear window. It is in addition to the retractable spoiler hidden behind the lights.
Most probably Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo 2020 will be available with exactly the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 as the usual model. This means the SUV will receive 550 hp and 768 Nm of torque.
One of these models will use the Porsche’s twin-turbo 2.9-liter V4 engine with 434 hp. It is even possible to create the Cayenne Coupe Turbo S E-Hybrid equipped with the same 680 hp drive system as in Panamera.
The original Porsche Cayenne received a lot of criticism for its design, but fortunately, Porsche has dramatically improved the look of the car over the years. If current trends continue, Porsche Cayenne Coupe could be the best-looking and well-sold branded model.
