Lamborghini Urus tuning by Manhart Performance

Lamborghini Urus tuning

Manhart Performance is mostly associated with the tuning of BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. Sometimes, however, they work on various projects, such as the Porsche 911 Turbo or, in this case, Lamborghini Urus.

The original Lamborghini Urus has 4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 641 hp and 850 Nm torque, as Lamborghini claims to be the most powerful SUV. Of course, this title belongs to the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk with 707 hp but it targets a totally different group of customers so that we will leave it aside.

Anyway, the tuning company Manhart Performance upgrades Lamborghini Urus power to 801 hp and 980 Nm of torque, reducing the acceleration to 100 km/h to 3.6 seconds.

Note that this is more powerful than the top model of the brand, Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, whose 6.5-liter V12 engine produces 759 hp and 720 Nm of torque.

Manhart Performance achieved this result by rebuilding the ECU and installing improved turbochargers and a sports exhaust system. In order to do better with the extra power, the tuners also improve the 8-speed automatic transmission.

As usual for Manhart Performance’s works, Lamborghini Urus stands out with several visual enhancements. The front carbon panel, the lid, the side sills, the fenders, the spoiler, and the rear diffuser, as well as the black strips, must indicate enough that this is not an ordinary Urus.

The latest upgrade is in the form of 21-inch wheels, Y-shaped design, along with Pirelli P-Zero tires.
