The German tuning studio Brabus made its first tuning of the new generation Mercedes-Benz G-Class. The processing is for the G500, its price is still not reported.
The standard G500 is equipped with a four-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that develops 422 horses and 610 Nm of torque, working in conjunction with a 9-speed automatic transmission. From a location up to 100 km/h the SUV accelerates for 5.9 seconds and its maximum speed is 210 km/h.
After the Brabus tuning, the engine power was increased to 500 horses. The acceleration time to 100 km/h was shortened by 0.2 sec and the maximum speed remained the same.
In addition, the SUV was equipped with a new aerodynamic package. The G500 also has an active exhaust system whose sound can be made quieter, more aggressive bumpers, massive bonnet, spoiler, 23-inch wheels and additional rooflights. The lounge is decorated with leather and alcantara.
